Liability Notice

Buyers and users assume all risk, responsibility and liability whatsoever for any and all injuries (including death), losses or damages to persons or property (including consequential damages), arising from the use of any product or data, whether or not occasioned by seller’s negligence or based on strict liability or principles of indemnity or contribution. It is the buyer's responsibility to educate themselves in safety standards associated with handloading ammunition.

When you buy anything from us, whether through our website or in person, you are bound by and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you paid with cash in person, a credit card or check through our website, you are bound by and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The buyer shall be solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local, state and federal laws pertaining to the purchase and possession of any product(s) purchased from us.

If you're a well known event winning public internet competitive shooter who regularly purchased, uses or has used our product(s) in larger quantities at any time, you agree to allow us to use your first and last name on our website.

Returns Policy for Orders Paid by Check or Credit Card

NO REFUNDS or RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, If you paid by check or CC and ever have a problem involving a defect with any product we sell, or in a rare case you received the wrong order, please contact J-Ames BULLETS for assistance. If we are unable to resolve your problem or issue with our product, then return your order. We'll advise you on what exactly we will do or what you need to do.

You MUST be the original purchaser with a invoice or email for the order from us.

Return within (10) days from the delivered date.

An exchange will be made on the unused resalable portion of what you returned.

Bullets MUST arrive back to us in resalable condition (as original condition).

Customer responsible for return shipping.

Any refund of return shipping due to our error will be made with extra of the same product or another product of equal or more value at our sole discretion.

Policy for All Credit Card Paid Orders

We operate an honest legitimate business. Under NO condition would any honest customer of ours need to initiate a chargeback (dispute). If you initiate a chargeback (dispute), then your willful intent is to steal from us. At that point you will be permanently banned from doing future business with us. If you initiate a chargeback, you will be charged a processing fee, a 15% restocking fee and/or a minimum $75 fee for our valuable time and reimbursement for any and all fees we incurred from that chargeback. MAKE SURE you contact us FIRST before initiating a chargeback. If you fail for any reason to contact us BEFORE initiating a chargeback, YOU WILL BE BILLED said fees, and if [for any reason] that bill is not paid in full within (30) calendar days of the initial billing date, that bill will be sent to collections and if unpaid will be used against you on all three credit reporting agencies.

If you file a false fraudulent chargeback claim (dispute) with your card issuing bank, or if you initiate or pursue the same [after] you already received our product(s), you are a willful criminal thief. In both cases, we will actively pursue criminal charges against you with your card issuing bank, the US Postal Service Mail Fraud Division and law-enforcement agencies.

The USPS RARELY loses anything. J-Ames BULLETS LLC is NOT or will NOT be held responsible (in any way, shape, fashion or form) for lost, damaged or missing product(s) shipped to you via the USPS. You agree that we will NOT pay, in any way whatsoever, for any lost, damaged or missing product(s) during shipping. However, we will provide you with a shipping payment UFN, Receipt Number and the Tracking Number as proof that your package was in fact shipped. All USPS packages are insured by the USPS for $100.00 + shipping fees WE paid, and that amount is the limit to what they will pay you in the event of a loss. You agree that you WILL NOT initiate a chargeback (dispute) with your card issuing bank due to ANY lost, damaged or missing product(s) shipped to you. ANY issue involving shipping after your order package is received by the USPS is between YOU (the buyer) and the USPS. Any shipping claims made to the USPS for lost, damaged or missing product(s) must be initiated BY THE BUYER. We are NOT a shipping carrier, nor will we be held responsible (in any way, shape, fashion or form) for the mistakes or shortcomings of the USPS.

Any litigation arising from any dispute between the buyer and the seller shall take place in the preferred county and state where the seller does their business.

Anyone who abuses or attempts to abuse or waste our valuable time with respect to spammy CC payments, chargebacks, refunds or similar, may likely be removed or permanently banned from our website ordering process in the future.

If you place a CC paid order on a holiday, late evening or weekend, your payment may not be processed until the next business day.

If you are using a discount code with a CC payment, the discount amount will be removed before any applicable shipping and/or taxes are applied.

Your credit card billing address and zip code must be the same as the physical address on the CC payment link, the website payment details page and/or the address where the product(s) are being shipped to.

We can void a CC transaction within a few hours of your order process start time without any fees. But keep in mind, if you initiate this process, we may likely remove your privileges of ordering with a CC in the future. You will still be able to pay by check.

Any possible refund to a credit card may take up to two billing cycles to complete.

We do not store paper document customer information for more than (90) days, and all paper documents are incinerated after that period.

All customer data we and our processor use to process payments is stored electronically on their PCI compliant website only.

If you receive an invoice with a secure gateway link to pay your order with a credit card, you will have until the end of the next day to pay that bill before that link expires, or we may void the order entirely. The pricing for raw materials we use can sometimes change daily and without notice, therefore, at times, our website pricing can change daily as well.

We reserve the right to void or refund any order, without warning, for any reason and without prior notice at our sole discretion.

These terms are subject to change at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Shipping

ALL California website checkout orders will include 7.75% Sales Tax and ALL Order Form mail in orders will include actual percentage CA Sales Tax. Actual SHIPPING cost IS TAXABLE for all orders shipped to California.

Up to $84.99 = $5.00 Flat Rate Shipping.
ALL other quantities and dollar amounts = FREE SHIPPING!

We use USPS Flat Rate. Additional shipping insurance is $7.00 over and above what is included with standard Flat Rate shipping from the USPS and is an option if you wish to have additional insurance.

We currently accept USPS Money Orders, Personal Checks and most all types of Credit/Debit Cards. Make checks payable to: J-Ames BULLETS.
