What personal data we collect and why we collect it:

When visitors leave comments or data on our site, we collect all data with exception to certain CC data, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment, create and account on our site (if available) you will be saving your name, email address and website in cookies and I.P address in anti-spam, malware and spyware security software. We actively IP ban all would-be hackers, attackers, spammers, scammers, harassers and any fraudulent login attempts. VPN companies who dispense anonymous IP’s commonly used by hackers are actively and regularly banned.

If you visit our login page, (if available), we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. This is used for your convenience temporarily.

We retain I.P address information to allow or IP block any known or would-be spammers, attackers and hackers for ours and customer protection. Any user deemed to abuse, intentionally misuse or attempt to hack into our site or place malware on our site will be permanently banned. Fake accounts, fake orders and fake credit card information used are monitored by our security software programs and any fishy suspicious activity will cause an automatic ban of any/all I.P address(s) used.

User I.P addresses associated with any known criminal activity will be promptly reported to law-enforcement.

When you log in (if available) we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see any and all data and edit or delete that information at any time for any reason.

Any bonafide law-enforcement agency that asks us for specific information about a specific customer can obtain said information about you at any time. Your information can and will be given to any government agency or law office by way of any court order.

If you’re a well known event winning public internet competitive shooter who regularly purchased, uses or has used our product(s) in larger quantities at any time, you agree to allow us to use your first and last name on our website.
